QP PRO SERVICES SRL (hereinafter referred to as "QP Pro Services") is committed to respecting your privacy when you use its website. Therefore, we commit, through this Privacy Policy for website users (hereinafter "the Policy"), and thanks to the implementation of technical and operational measures, to respect the rights of users of our website concerning the protection of personal data, as established by the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter "GDPR") and by the Belgian law on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data of July 30, 2018. The purpose of the Policy is to inform you about the nature of the personal data we collect, how we process it, the measures we take to ensure its security, and your rights. We may update this Policy at any time, and such changes will take effect immediately. We, therefore, invite you to regularly refer to it to stay informed about the latest available version. Article 1 – Data Controller

The data controller is the company QP PRO Services SRL, registered in Belgium at the Banque Carrefour des Enterprises, under company number 0800.432.023. The Data Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer (hereinafter: "DPO"), in accordance with the provisions of the personal data protection regulations in force, i.e. the GDPR and the Belgian law of July 30, 2018. The DPO is responsible for ensuring that personal data processing activities comply with personal data protection legislation. They also are the point of contact for data subjects affected by data processing, as well as for the competent supervisory authority. The DPO is also responsible for advising and assisting the data controller and data subjects in exercising their personal data protection rights. Article 2 – Data Collected

You can visit our website without providing any personal data. We mainly record the data you communicate to us when you use our contact form, or when you apply for a job online. The personal data likely to be collected is as follows: - Last name; - First name; - Email address; - Company name, if applicable; - Your Curriculum Vitae; - Any personal data that may be included in the message you send via the contact form; - Any personal data that may be transmitted by uploading a document in the relevant section; - Etc. We only collect your personal data when this is strictly necessary and legal.

Article 3 – Legal Basis for Processing and Purposes of the Processing

As the data controller, we mainly process your personal data based on Article 6.1, a) of the GDPR, i.e., the consent of the data subject. As the data controller, we are obliged to define the intended uses of the data collected, so that you are informed of how your data will be used. These purposes correspond to the aims of the data collection we carry out. By completing our contact form, you consent to QP Pro Services processing the data provided. The purpose of data collection is to process your message so that we can respond to it with the utmost care. If you contact us directly (by e-mail, telephone or letter), we will process your contact details and the content of this correspondence. We only use this information to sufficiently handle your question or message. For sales and marketing purposes, QP Pro Services can use your name and contact details for marketing campaigns and to inform you on promotions regarding the services QP Pro Services provides. For survey and feedback purposes, we can use your contact details to assess, evaluate and improve the services offered to you, based on the legitimate interest of QP Pro Services. The QP Pro Services website integrates plugins from LinkedIn. From the moment you access our website, these social plug-ins send information to the third-party platform about your device, which pages you visit and how you use our services. The plug-ins are processed regardless of whether you have an account on those social media websites. By completing the job application form on the website, you consent to QP Pro Services processing your name, email address, cv and motivation for the job application. If you contact us directly or interact with us regarding a job application (by e-mail, telephone, letter or social media such as LinkedIn), we will process your contact details and the content of this correspondence. We only use this information to complete your recruitment process. QP Pro Services considers your personal data as confidential and commits to process it only in a way that is compatible with the purposes for which the data were initially collected.

Article 4 – Data Recipients

The personal data collected is processed by QP Pro Services, its DPO, and by their administrative employees. All members of QP Pro Services undertake to comply with legislation and regulations relating to the protection of personal data and are bound either by their professional secrecy or by an obligation of confidentiality.

Article 5 – Your Rights as a Data Subject

You have certain rights related to the collection of your personal data: - Right of access: You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you; - Right of rectification: You have the right to request that we modify your data if it is incomplete or inaccurate; - Right of erasure: You have the right to request the deletion of personal data we hold about you, for example when it is no longer necessary, or when it is processed unlawfully. Please note that this right will be limited to comply with legal or regulatory retention obligations to which we are subject; - Right to restrict processing: You can ask us to limit the use of your personal data; - Right to object: You can object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data collected. In this case, we will no longer process your personal data, unless there is a legitimate or compelling interest preventing us from applying this right of objection; - Right to withdraw consent: You can withdraw your consent at any time. However, the withdrawal of your consent does not apply to processing previously carried out by QP Pro Services; - Right to portability: You can request to retrieve the personal data you have provided to us, for your personal use or for transmission to a third party; - Right to lodge a complaint: You will find more information hereunder. We are required to respond to your written requests within one month of receipt. If your request is complex or if we receive multiple requests at the same time, we may write to you to inform you that our response time is extended to two months. You must send us a clear request in which you specify what you want to obtain. To protect your privacy and personal data, we may need to verify your identity by requesting a copy of the front of your identity card or a document that establishes your identity. If your request is clearly unfounded or excessive, we reserve the right to charge you administrative fees to fulfil it. If we refuse your request, our refusal decision will be motivated. Article 6 – Retention of Personal Data

We will only retain your personal data for a reasonable and strictly necessary period to achieve the purposes defined in Article 3 of this Policy. However, we must comply with legal and regulatory provisions regarding data archiving and retention. In any case, no personal data will be kept beyond a period of ten years. The personal data you provide to us is stored through the GoDaddy data center, which are located in Europe.

Article 7 – Disclosure to Third Parties

No personal data collected by QP Pro Services will be transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
